Waldorf Salad
A refreshing fruit-and-vegetable salad that combines sweet, crunchy, and creamy flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples (red or green), diced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- ½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: lettuce leaves for serving

- Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
- Prepare three bowls: One with flour One with beaten eggs One with breadcrumbs
- Dip each chicken strip in flour → then egg → then breadcrumbs.
- Fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy (about 5–7 minutes).
- Serve with honey mustard sauce, garlic sauce, or ketchup.
