Ingredients

Pudding

  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water or rose water
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Topping

  • Crushed pistachios (2–3 tbsp)
  • Honey or a light syrup (optional)

Instructions

    Mix the base

    • In a saucepan (off the heat), whisk together:
      milk + cornstarch + sugar until fully dissolved.

    Cook

    • Place the saucepan over medium heat.
    • Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy (about 6–8 minutes).
    • Add orange blossom water (or rose water) and vanilla.
    • Stir for another 30 seconds, then remove from heat.

    Serve

    • Pour the mixture into 4 small bowls or cups.
    • Let cool to room temperature.

    Chill & Garnish

    • Refrigerate at least 1–2 hours.
    • Top with pistachios, honey, or a light syrup before serving.

      Small Notes :

        • For extra richness, substitute ½ cup milk with ½ cup heavy cream.
        • Add a dash of cardamom for a twist.
        • Serve with rose petals for a festive look.
